This course is recommended for employees of departments involved in the IT services delivery, regardless of whether the IT services are provided to units within the company or to third parties. The course can be attended by both heads of departments, and other specialists, whose functional responsibilities include participation in the creation and control of IT security systems.

For the most effective participation in the course, students are advised to undergo preliminary training of the course “ITIL Fundamentals (v.3). The Principles of IT Department Organization”.
