The goal of the project is to automate the hotel's engineering service.

The engineering service of the hotel has high requirements for the speed of troubleshooting / fulfilling the wishes of customers and special categories of executive employees (plumbers, electricians, maids), who often do not have a dedicated "office" workplace and prefer the simplest possible computers computer tools for application processing. Ideally, they should have their own smartphone / tablet, on which (even if there is no Internet connection) they can accept the application by pressing one button, read its description, and mark completion after completion. We have successfully implemented a similar system, in which the most powerful system for formalizing interaction, automating processes and generating reports based on GLPi is hidden behind the external simplicity and convenience for customers and executors. Its detailed description is presented below.
